Refunds And Returns 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please note that customized orders, floral arrangements, and special packaging are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they have a defect or are damaged.

Shipping 

  • Orders containing fresh flowers will be delivered on the next day after the order is placed.
  • All other orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Please note that Friday is a non-working day.
  • During peak times or special occasions, delivery may take longer than usual.
